FAQ’S

Just complete the online form Get Paid to Test on our UserHappy Accounts website. Once you have signed up you will receive an email with your account information. When there is a user testing opportunity that matches your profile you will be notified by email and access to the testing opportunity will be available on your account dashboard.

In order to match your profile with a user testing opportunity, we collect information such as your birth year, state you live in, education and what your job is. But we don’t share any contact information such as your name and email address with anyone else. Last but not least, we also ask you what your preferred payment method is so that we can pay you promptly.

Most tests take about 20 to 30 minutes. But some may be shorter or longer. For tests that are designed to be 30 minutes or longer, you will be notified when you receive the test details and the compensation amount.

For most tests, which are approximately 20 to 30 minutes you will be compensated $10. There are often opportunities that pay more depending on the test. You will be notified of the compensation amount with the test details that will be emailed to you when there is a test that matches your profile.
